Notice of 2022 AGM

It’s that time of year again where we honour the old and bring in the new with our Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Our 2022 AGM will be held on Wednesday 19th October, 2022 at 5:30pm, to elect our 2023 Executive team!

Nominations for all positions close at the beginning of the meeting. You must submit your nomination before this time to be considered for this position.

Only PAID SURG members are eligible to nominate OR vote for the election.

Please indicate the position(s) you are running for and include up to 100 words of motivation speaking to your nomination and your suitability for each role.

ELECTION & VOTING: Voting shall be held by secret ballot and be Preferential. It shall be conducted via an online voting platform. Please be prepared to provide proof of membership to be cross-referenced with our records.
