As a part of the Student Journalism Conference 2025 your very own SURG FM from Sydney University was joined by Radio Monash (from Monash University in Naarm/Melbourne) for an exciting cross-broadcast. We discussed the ins-and-outs of running a student radio station on a shoestring, the differences between the Sydney and Melbourne music scenes, and the future of radio in Australia.
