Join Aidan and Sina for a second season as they share their love for this music live on the airways at 4pm on Thursdays on SURG FM!”

MEET THE HOSTS:

What’s ur majorrrr?

Aidan Elwig Pollock: “History and Media and Comms.”

Sina: “Music and MECO too.”

What single album you taking with you to a desert island?

Aidan: “My desert island album would be U2’s “The Joshua Tree”.”

Sina: “Suede’s self-titled debut album.”

What’s your ‘death row meal’?

Aidan: “A good roast beef with Yorkshire pudding and horseradish sauce.”

Sina: “Yuck. Last time I asked Aidan he said Brazillian BBQ. I want a small, salty eggplant parmigiana, a crispy Pepsi cola and enough freshly shucked oysters to make me ill in my final moments.”

Favourite live show of ALL TIME?

Aidan: “Midnight Oil’s final show at the Hordern Pavilion.”

Sina: “The set was kind of mediocre but Australia’s first Knotfest in 2023. It was pissing down rain just before Megadeth and the pit was so crammed I had to get pulled over the barricade right after. Metal.”

Who, dead or alive, would you invite to your dinner party?

Aidan: “Billy Bragg, Peter Garrett and Aethelflad Lady of the Mercians.”

Sina: “Pamela Des Barres, Anita Pallenberg and Eve Babitz.”
